The difference is they were stealing + hotlinking 37 Signals assets. If this guy has genuinely not copied any code or assets, then it's not the same.

- route66 15y agoThat hotlinking came up only later in the discussion. It definitely started with some of their pages having the same structure as some 37signal pages to great dismay of the community.
