- colordrops 3y agoYes, I'm from the US. Despite many of the comments here stating the contrary, I've been working in large tech companies for 30 years, and almost every termination has been an immediate walk out, severance or not. At one of the companies which I won't name, they didn't even let people go to their desks to get their personal items.
