Ask HN: Is there a wiki (like confluence) that is not dog-**** slow?
- PaulHoule 3y agoI’ve seen some confluence installations where you’d have to wait 30 seconds to browse a page, I’ve seen others that were pretty snappy. If you treat something like that as some unimportant internal application that is worthy of a 10 year old server or the cheapest VM you can find at Amazon performance will be crappy, that is for sure.
- willsmith72 3y agoI've seen some startups use notion. People would eventually start asking for confluence as they scaled, but with the right organisation, it can work great
- MissTake 3y agoWikiJS - development of the app itself is rather slow but our humble Docker container installation hasn’t missed a beat for years.
- gjvc 3y agoThis is a great suggestion, and it looks like it will be excellent, thank you.
