New California law would force firms to report diversity metrics
- robswc 3y agoWhy? This is going to generate thousands of hours of work (collectively). To "nudge" firms in the "right" direction? Using that logic, there should be a bill introduced to nudge the California Senate in the right direction. The demographics of the senate do not reflect the population.
