While you're correct in the literal sense, there's still a bit more to it than just that. Given that this problem is so widespread, it is evident that just telling people to eat less doesn't work. Otherwise we wouldn't be here in the first place.
However, with obesity at 42%, clearly a different approach to solving the issue is needed.
Is there an alternative that can be implemented which will get people to eat less? Appetite suppressants seem to be quite promising all things considered.
