Don’t take middle eastern people not being eligible for the programme as Apple refusing to label them underrepresented. They choose which underrepresented groups to target based on the resources they have. If Apple didn’t have any non-binary people qualified to provide counselling, then they can’t offer support to them. Hopefully they source experts externally in the future and expand this offering to more underrepresented groups.
