Hello everyone! I’m co-founder of Reblox Solutions, a software factory that develops custom projects for clients. Along with my partners, we got tired of making products for others, and some months ago we focused on making a product 100% ours. With the emergence of Artificial Intelligence, we noticed a significant lack of serious tools for managing social media. For the support part, we decided to integrate it with Intercom where there is currently only one person behind responding to queries (hopefully we will grow and be able to expand the support team).
