Probably more carrot than stick. NK hackers who can bring in millions to the state from crypto hacking, ransom etc likely live more comfortably than manual laborers.
- spencerflem 3y agoYeah, just look at what engineers here in the States are willing to do for money they don't really need
- micromacrofoot 3y agoBoth really. In NK the stick awaits all who stop chasing the carrot.
