This isn't a theory: either that paper is right, or the US taxpayer is being defrauded by DOE to develop tech based off junk science. One of those things is actually true. Do you pay US taxes?
- celtoid 3y agoThank you for this. If the paper is right, it should be celebrated as a scientific achievement but instead, we got a boatload of national security state propaganda about ufos instead.
