Unfortunately, people who support the establishment have vested interest in propping up both quacks and pseudoscientific woo.

Unfortunately, people who support the establishment Who are you talking about? propping up both quacks Are dentists quacks? Is getting wisdom teeth removed the "pseudoscientific woo." It's interesting that you have all these claims and strong feelings, but no actual evidence to back up what you're saying.
