GA always interests me. Sorry for being naive here but I want opinions from HN. What really intrigues me is how the principle of evolution just works when implemented as an algorithm. I've wondered is there an implementation of evolution in similar way but as, like, a differential equation model, like an ODE or PDE? Like a PDE model of natural selection. I did some search 3 years ago but Google was unreliable and a lot of unrelated things came up
