You can still rent out your spare bedroom of the unit that you're living in, but you can't rent out the entire unit while you live somewhere else. This remains in the spirit of the original bed and breakfast sharing economy idea.
- Wowfunhappy 3y agoHowever, you are limited to just two guests. I feel you should be able to rent a spare room to a family traveling with children. That seems to not be allowed.
- iamthepieman 3y agoI believe it's two adults. When I book at campgrounds or hotels they always have 4 guests maximum. But if I call and ask about my extra children their always totally fine with it.
