- ggm 3y agoThis isn't just "good socialisation" -not having this FS tested at scale in the wide means it is exposed to all the latent-bug risks that only get found, by being deployed in the wide at scale in the linux-next branch. I found it interesting that Torvalds, notoriously prickly online, made a point of discussing "friction" in the ML on the development side of things.
