Should Apple cease advertising on Twitter?
- more_corn 3y agoYes. Should everyone stop advertising on the dumpster fire that is X? Yes. Should the whole tech community be outraged that “man-child ceo” refuses to pay his: [rent, severance, legally required arbitration fees]. Yes. Should everyone quit the platform in protest and utterly ignore it? Yes.
- 3cats-in-a-coat 3y ago“Should we boycott Apple” I can’t think of anything more pathetic than this attitude. But sure boycott Apple. Let’s see how many of you are out there. Apple is a wise company and Tim Cook is a wise leader. They pay for Twitter ads , but not because they love Elon Musk and support his BS. They know this is the most prudent decision at the moment while doing more invisible corrections. If I could be a fly on the wall of Tim’s office it’d be a fascinating discovery what they really think about Twitter’s situation.
