What I want is the structure of free market capitalism but more weight towards labor. essentially the problem (IMO) is that Capital can be super concentrated & is inherently mobile but Labor is distributed & wants to be immobile/stable because our main goal is to live life and raise family. this is the fundamental weakness in labor's negotiating position. Unions are a solution but they also have power concentration problems. IDK whats a good solution but perhaps a state administered sustenance UBI that indexes to inflation & always comes out preferentially (like SS/medicare) from tax revenue. and slowly over time we grow the definition of baseline human necessities as economy advances.
