I prefer the parenting advice in the comments:

They are pretty darn durable anyway and fabulously cheap to replace. So when they break one they will begin to learn about over-stressing materials through their own experiences

- zupa-hu 3y agoExactly. I’d much more prefer to explore the opposite direction: figuring out how much you can hack the rules of the game. That fosters creativity while the other fosters bluntly following rules.
