Waterfall works fairly well on your third or fourth try at the same project.
- datadrivenangel 3y agoThis is the fundamental insight of the manifesto for agile software development. I like your brevity more though.
- swader999 3y agoI was being cheeky but true waterfall has iterative and self reflection built in yet these were rarely acknowledged and practised. And it honestly takes a couple of redos to get it all figured out and really understand the whole problem enough to make radical leaps. I've seen some projects go right to the ultimate solution only with exceptional people that have a very similar project already under their belts.
