  Because it's a high, made up number. Actual incidence of blood clotting induced by adenovirus vaccine is closer to one in 100000.

      Oh, sorry, I mistook 15% as the number referring to clotting issues caused by astra zeneca vaccine. If it refers to post covid clotting issues and long covid in general it may very well be accurate.
