400k isn’t that outrageous for higher level IC positions, especially in the NYC market.
- r2_pilot 3y agoOh I know, and usually I'm pretty jaded (I live in a lcol area so even tho I make less than than 75k I live comfortably). But tonight for some reason it really sunk in how cheap human labor in this area can be.
