Show HN: I just released acopw 0.3.0, a small password generator module for Go
- jamesponddotco 3y agoI'm learning Go[1] and wrote this module a while back that generates random passwords, diceware passwords, PINs, and UUIDv4 using crypto/rand. I just refactored the base algorithm with the help of ChatGPT, and reduced allocations from 10 to about 2. The API is still not stable, hence the version[2], but I would love some feedback or a review so I can remove the notice at the start of the README file, haha. [1] Programming in general, really, as servers are my forte. [2] Still debating if the Random.Generate() and PIN.Generate() should return an error or not.
