Tell HN: The ProtonMail Android app is useless
In the last few months the android app has become unusable for me. Anyone else seeing this? As I type a new email it constantly 'flashes' a message saying 'unable to save draft'. It actually saves lots of drafts of odd characters from my intended message. Then it won't send. If you get it to 'send' it normally fails. Occasionally it sends a blank mail to make you look really stupid.
- celtoid 3y agoI concur. I only use ProtonMail in the browser on mobile devices. Funny how they fixed the 'blank email' bug everywhere but in the app.
- jimnotgym 3y agoThe trouble is you can't just use a standard email client like Outlook or the native android one! I think I will have to move to fastmail
- Bolderman 3y agoAbsolutely no problems here
