Basically brainstormed/did some research to pick out some technology areas they might be interested in and why. Then did a bigger project to dive deeper into areas, conduct interviews, etc. that resonated with them.

    It works well. And if they don't want to use us as the programmers, no problem, we deliver a document at the end of the first with recommend designs etc they can tak else where. T
