I disagree. Unsolicited feedback lacks context and might not be intended to help the developer. Feedback to someone you don't know should be offered only if they're explicitly asking for it.
- Buttons840 3y agoI think there are platforms for both. If you don't want feed back you can publish a blog that doesn't allow comments. If you publish on social media you are inviting social input. Sometimes people want the participation and attention that exists on social media without the reason that attention exists. Of course, advice should always be kind. And allow people to ignore you if they want; this includes not "piling-on" and restating a criticism that has been said by others.
- whateveracct 3y agoIt's not that hard to ignore it entirely or read the feedback, disagree, and disregard. People are such wimps about this stuff nowadays.
- appleflaxen 3y agoYou disagree that keyle wants feedback? That's literally all they said. How can you disagree about what one individual says they themselves want?
- Loocid 3y agoThere is more than just their first sentence.
- oneshtein 3y agoWhy you providing your feedback here? Can you self-analyse and report, please.
- layer8 3y agoFYI, you’ve just given feedback to someone you don’t know and who didn’t explicitly ask for it.
