Yes, that race and gender are already protected classes, so discrimination against Asian men is banned.

- cortesoft 3y agoI am not sure what you are trying to say. No one pretends these laws make discrimination go away, they just provide some mechanism to get relief. If you feel you have been discriminated against because you are an Asian male, speak to a lawyer and see if you have a case.
