Ask HN: Fellowships/Memberships for non-founder startup employees?
There are a ton of useful communities, incubators, fellowships, etc for early stage startup founders, or wannabe founders. Are there any similar communities more geared to employees of high-growth, early stage startups?
- startupdials 3y agoGood question. Those are quite valuable team players and not easy to find. As a funder your expect your team to perform 100+% Linkedin where you can see past experience. I found my best teammates using LinkedIn search and having initial chat there, less formal, more to the point. You spend time searching, but save a lot of time not having to interview the wrong candidates.
