Why not? If you’re able to demonstrate that you’re a trusted developer, they’ll respond positively to an FAQ. It’s not uncommon.

- davidmurdoch 3y agoUsers are fickle. And in the 5 years I've been deploying this app I've never had to ask users to do that. I'm sure it's fixable, the solution has just eluded me this far.
