Better off voting with one's feet, wallet, eyes, etc. than bothering to give the gift of feedback to a business whose attitude is shrug. But of course a writers predictably must bitch and snark as dramatically and rhetorically possible while minimizing their own credibility and squander an opportunity (opportunity cost lost) to discuss something meaningful such as the more-or-less uniform lack of leadership for net carbon reduction. This writer cannot begin to fathom the meaning of the word "suffering", so it's worth ignoring their scrawled tantrum.
