Yep. The quality used to be good, but not anymore. Instead of trying to fix it, I have traded the phone (got a low value exchange offer) for an OnePlus Nord CE Lite. I don't want to spend my time with Samsung as it is not worth it. I value my precious time more than the poor quality Samsung device and made a vouch that I will never use their products again.
