  0.5–2% alcohol which isn’t significant unless you were to drink it by the gallon. that is similar to Kombuchas.

      Mass produced is probably not what you want because it's usually pasteurized.

        I still kind of like texture and how it keeps cold so when I drink it in the morning it is refreshing. Mostly use it to have it as something before I drink coffee not to have one on empty stomach.
