I really don't understand why so many apps have to try to converge and become the same thing. Apps seem to be having an identity crisis.
- crazygringo 3y agoBecause otherwise new apps replace older apps. The older ones go out of business and die. Obviously investors and employees don't like going out of business. So they try to hop on whatever's becoming popular so they don't get replaced. It may be confusing for consumers. But surely you can see the logic for app owners. And it also means competition is alive and well.
