You might want to stay "hands-off" and argue that you're just a proxy and not a real distributor, but your hosting and domain providers (and the victims) may disagree. At least the link format makes it easy to protect the users from malicious (sub)domains with the usual DNS- and URL- based lists (like safebrowsing). But I recommend you to implement a contact/abuse form at minimum, to save you from legal trouble and headache in the future.
