Yes, it's a really simple idea that doesn't require much code. Really shouldn't be hard to clean it up and publish. I was actually playing with similar ideas a while back. I didn't have any code at all, I was just experimenting with prompts directly in the API dashboard. The idea showed some promise, but it didn't seem like the API cost would be worth it. I suspect you would be much better off with a vector embeddings approach.
