Mainly working for NGOs on projects with conflicting priorities and severe budget constraints. I've been working as an agile coach/scrum master in automotive R&D for two years and recently went freelance – to have a greater impact with what I do and to work with teams/organizations that are more result- than process-oriented. Languages: English & German fluently, Croatian, Serbian & Bosnian natively.
