If you want to have laws treating abortion as murder then you have to treat cops who kill pregnant mothers as murderers. After all, the unborn/fetus is innoce

  There is no way to divorce the mothers attempted assult from the fetus unfortunateLy. If you take your child along for a crime, you, the mother are at fault, not the cop trying to defend themselves.

  Nope. The mother is guilty of murder. Her felonious behavior caused the death of her unborn baby. This has been codified into law for a very long time. Had the mother survived she would have been charged with what's called felony murder.
