If you're looking to get out of paying taxes in the US, forgetaboutit. You're best bet is to claim residency in a low tax state that has no income tax, ex: TX, FL, etc. That way you're only on the hook for Federal Tax.
If you choose to be a stateless person, forget about banking, credit cards, drivers license, traveling and accessing many of the things you take for granted like a mobile phone, Internet, etc. Most companies require identification to subscribe to their services.
100 plus years ago totally doable, today not so much.
