I remember going to a play in Chicago one time in the 1980's (when I was a teenager) and remember a trans person in the audience. I was like: "OH MY GOD". In 2023, I actually think trans people maybe a fairly substantial number of people. At 6 billion, it only takes 0.5% rate to get to 30M people world wide. I think the number might be significantly higher though. Maybe 1 to 3 in 100.
