All I'm saying is that it would be better for them to not dress things up as a breathless scandal, until they've properly investigated and discovered whether there is a real problem. Reporting that the new iPad gets warm, and stating the temperature, perhaps with some reference temperatures (e.g. a Starbucks latte) for comparison is fine. Raising the specter of health risks, and using the words 'burn', 'hot', and 'overheating' repeatedly is misleading unless justified.
