Sometimes it mentions a domain in an answer, but since it's training cutoff date is 2+ years ago, if it thinks you're trying to use it as a search engine it will tell you to use a search engine. Even in this example I bet you OP could have just asked again and gotten the links anyways, this is just a disclaimer to avoid people who don't understand cutoff dates being mislead It's not getting worse, but honestly it might be for the best that the most gullible people convince themselves it is and leave it for the rest of us
