That doesn’t work well at least with commodity routers and if you are laying cable you might as well just do Ethernet.

- sneak 3y agoI think the idea is to re-use existing coax cable to link the devices without laying any new cable.
- dogma1138 3y agoYou can do that with MoCA but not with wifi routers. TBH this is a bit of an odd one Wifi Meshes are extremely good these days and provide excellent coverage as long as you spend money on actually decent equipment if you use your crappy ISP provided router then ofc repeaters won’t work.
