- roughly 3y agoI agree. It’s not the outsourcing, it’s that we picked an incompetent company and then didn’t provide any oversight.

- strbean 3y agoIn this case it isn't incompetence, it's immorality. Which sucks, but is to be expected from the private sector when there is no oversight.
