So I don’t think the army of h1b is the same size as before. It’s most likely in Canada. A lot of firms also hire direct in India. Accenture or ibm will have a token representative in the us with a majority of the worker bees in India. I think singling out Tcs or infosys is a bit of a dog whistle. The biggest offenders are American consulting companies.
