Ask HN: Best CLI/terminal tool for Windows?
I have always been a Linux and Mac guy for years but recently I am getting more into the .NET ecosystem and Visual Studio is just too good compared to anything if you are developing .NET stuff. And then you always hve Notepad.
So I am almost getting back to Windows but then the CLI stuff is where I am lost. Is there anything in 2023 remotely close to what we get in Linux/Mac Terminals ?
- smoldesu 3y agoWSL was pretty great when I was still using Windows. I just wanted a decent environment to run fish in, and Windows Terminal/WSL did the job.
