Just today I had an idea for a funny T-shirt design, for some print on demand stuff I want to do. I will probably never do it because it requires a parody of a trade mark — think Zeitgeist[0] if you know SF — and I’m afraid the algos would flag me as a bad guy even if it’s perfectly legal. I already got kicked off Redbubble for uploading AI-generated images, with no recourse whatsoever. Whereas if I would just have it printed locally and sell it at fairs I’d be in the clear for sure.
