Could backfire when somebody will DMCA them back.
If it is instantaneous, then it needs to be somehow automated. Can you imagine the financial carnage to DMCA Superbowl during the famous finals ad run?
- PaulHoule 3y agoOne thing I know from my lifetime of "Captain Midnight" activities [1] as well as "TV-B-Gone" activism [2] is never get between people and their sports. That is, you can jam most TV programs, or turn off a TV in a public place with say CNN and people will be somewhere between indifferent and cheering. Mess with a sports broadcast though and it is like taking the food bowl away from a Bully XL [3] and I am more scared of sports fans than I am of the FCC. (Ok, I haven't done anything like since I got my ham license since now I have something to lose) [1] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Captain_Midnight_broadcast_signal_intrusion https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Captain_Midnight_broadcast_sig...
