I had a similar problem, and resolved it in a simpler way.
I had all *@DOMAIN.com messages forward to my main gmail inbox, which is a one-line configuration change with google DNS, so doordash@DOMAIN.com, etsy@DOMAIN.com, etc all go to my @gmail.com email address. Usually in these cases I never need to send anything from these email addresses, so it's fine to only setup the forwarding.
If any of them ever became annoying, I would create a gmail filter against that specific address.
How does your app, with the code+cloudflare improve upon my infrastructure-less solution? Does it allow sending from the *@DOMAIN.com addresses? Also, would be nice to have a screenshot of the app in either https://x2.email/ https://x2.email/ or https://github.com/jessetinell/x2.email https://github.com/jessetinell/x2.email so we can get a better idea of what features it allows.
