Perhaps you should brush up on your constitutional law, because at least in this one instance the Bill of Rights is entirely being respected. Also consider that for every noise complaint to the police, there is a complainant - a citizen constituent - who is being bothered by a loud party. But let's forget about those people, their rights to reasonable peace and quiet don't matter? I don't agree with that stance.
