Maybe spin up more citizen watches? Non-lethal patrols to observe and report?
I feel like automating and centralizing surveillance for troubled police departments is a bad thing. But then again, it would also be bad to become Megacity One.
- hazmazlaz 3y agoA camera drone is exactly what you are describing - a non-lethal patrol to observe and report.
- unethical_ban 3y agoAn automated, low cost device that people cannot reason with or argue with, that can be deployed in such a way people can't know if they're being watched. When I say "patrol" I mean a citizen who is not on the police side of the thin blue line.
