I used to use ReiserFS, basically because a friend told me that it dealt well with large numbers of small files, and I liked to do things like compile the kernel myself. I moved away from it around the time that distros stopped using it as a default filesystem, but I wouldn't be surprised if I have some old laptops still formatted to ReiserFS.
