If ai can't use books to learn, perhaps we should ban people doing the same. No more book reports, and ban the ability to mention even the slightest theme from another book that's not public domain. Because the author of said book knows that content and therefore might use some of the same wording and this plagiarise on a micro scale. What's the difference of a computer learning about The works of Dickens and then writing a similar book in style but with 99 percent different wording and a human doing the same?
