  The tide is turning from the moronic stance of maximum efficiency for the consumer over all other considerations. I think what will really precipitate it is if the US and China enter a hot conflict and some company like NVIDIA continues to do business in China. It happened before with Alcoa not only slowing the buildup of US artillery but also providing the Nazis with the necessary materials before the government stepped in (1).
